Account & billing
Common requests
Cancel or manage Premium
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Strike First Guardian.
- Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription.
Restore Premium on a new phone
Sign in with the same phone number, then tap Restore Purchases on the Premium screen. Premium follows your phone number between iPhone and Android.
Delete your account
In the app: Settings → Delete account. Or email us with the phone number on your account and we'll delete it within 30 days. What gets deleted.
Stop receiving texts
Emergency contacts can reply STOP to any Strike First Guardian text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. How SMS consent works.
Privacy & security
Your data, your control.
How we protect it
- Encrypted connections between the app and our servers.
- Secure token-based sign-in with one-time codes — no passwords to leak.
- Payment details stay with Apple or Google; we never see them.
- No system is 100% secure, and we don't claim otherwise. If an incident ever affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.
Location, only when you choose
- Shared only when you send it, start a live share, or start Walk Me Home.
- Sent only to the contacts you pick.
- Walk Me Home trip records are deleted automatically within about a day.
- We never sell your personal information.

What the app can't do
- It is not an emergency service. It does not call 911, dispatch police or monitor you around the clock. Use the Call 911 button or dial 911 yourself.
- It depends on your phone. Alerts need battery, signal and location permission. Live sharing stops updating if your phone is off or loses connection. An expired safety timer is still texted to your contacts from our servers, and Walk Me Home alerts your contacts if your location stops updating.
- Your contacts have to respond. We deliver the text; what happens next depends on the people you choose.
- Videos are a reference, not training. Practice techniques in person with a qualified instructor.
- No app can guarantee your safety. Awareness, planning and good judgment come first.
