Delete Your Account

Strike First Guardian — operated by Strike First Fitness, Inc.

You can delete your Strike First Guardian account and its data at any time, either in the app or by asking us.

In the app

1. Open Strike First Guardian and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Under Account, tap Delete account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.

Without the app

Email strikefirstfitness@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account" from any address, and include the phone number you sign in with. We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, phone number and sign-in.
• Your emergency contacts (their names and phone numbers).
• Your profile photo.
• Your live location share links.

What is kept, and for how long

• Walk Me Home trips and safety timers that were running are removed automatically within about a day of their last activity.
• Problem reports you sent from the app are kept for up to 6 months, then deleted automatically.
• Crash reports contain no name, phone number or location and expire on their own.
• Subscription purchase records are kept by Apple, Google and our billing provider as required for tax and accounting. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
